Cook House Cafe sits tucked into an industrial corner on Brook Street in Tipton, offering a bright and welcoming spot that’s perfect for a straightforward, hearty breakfast or a casual bite with friends and family. The vibe leans practical but comfortable, making it a reliable local choice for those starting their day or grabbing a midday refuel without fuss.

Early mornings and late breakfasts here feel especially fitting, with a menu that leans on generous portions of classic all-day breakfast staples and satisfying sandwiches. Frequent visitors appreciate the no-nonsense approach to traditional fry-ups, wraps, and subs—think well-cooked sausage, bacon, eggs, and hash browns wrapped or served alongside chips and beans. Homemade cakes and comforting hot drinks round things out, perfect for taking a moment away from the industrial surroundings.

The staff add to the experience by keeping service friendly and approachable, even when it’s busy. The pace is relaxed, and table service means you can settle in without worry. Parents pushing prams, workers from nearby sites, and local regulars all seem at ease here, suggesting it’s a spot that fits smoothly into everyday routines rather than aiming for anything fancy.

If you’re stopping by, mornings and early afternoons are prime for a laid-back breakfast or a warming coffee with cake. The menu’s well-priced and reliable, making it a practical choice for anyone wanting a filling meal without pretense. There’s a sense that this is a place designed for comfort and consistency, serving up the kind of food and welcome that local Tipton folks come to count on.

What a lovely place to be!! So very welcoming, pushing prams through an industrial park to get a tasty coffee and fries for the young ones! Table service out, very good for pricing too!

Had a gorgeous breakfast wrap here yesterday - fried egg, bacon, sausage and a hash brown in a wrap, all cooked perfectly. That and two lattes and the friendly welcome set me up for the day! Good prices too - just £7 for the wrap and coffees. Antonia Bance MP

Myself and my friend were looking for a nice big full breakfast before the big Sabbath gig. We found this place and were absolutely dazzled. Great food at great prices. If I lived in the Tipton/Dudley area, I would go here regularly. Definitely a highlight for these two Americans!

At work we go out of our way and pass other cafes to go here because the Cookhouse is so good. A hidden gem and well worth paying them a visit, you will not be disappointed. Very friendly staff and top notch grub.
